Garcia's Taqueria1390 Oakland Rd

Garcia's Taqueria is a nice little mexican restuarant close to our work. Its located right next to a hotel, you really gotta look out for it when you drive by because you can miss it. We used to frequent this spot a while back but its been a while. The thing about this place is not their food not their drinks but their waitresses. Iheartjapan, Mick-Dog and me went on Tuesday and we were not expecting to see the same waitresses still working there and boy were we suprised. The 2 cute waitresses still there and still looking cute. I ordered up my usual 1 Carne Asada, 1 Chicken, and 1 Carnitas. They stepped up their game because the chicken was excellent. Im usually not into chicken tacos but these were good. Nicely grilled and had a fresh taste to them. The carne asada good also and carnitas also good. The down fall was their tortillas. Iheartjapan commented on the tortillas being not fully cooked, and i noticed that they did seemed like they were heated up in the microwave. You guys know what im talking about when your in a hurry and throw a few tortillas in the microwave really quick just to get them soft. Tacos are $1.50 for regular and $2.50 for super which include beans and other crap on them. Also they have chavelas here and not as expensive as Tlaque. I think i will be hitting up this place alot more often, i do recommend it also. Its not a place that leaves you amazed but its good to get you taco fix filled
